- What happens when I outgrow my plan?

- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Plans are monthly, no annual commitment. Cancel and you keep your data; you just lose the paid limits at the end of the cycle.
- Do you charge per Instagram account?
- Free 3 · Pro 15 · Business 50 Instagram accounts per workspace. Each connection stores an encrypted access token.
- Are ad costs included?
- No. Storylink is the tool for creating and scheduling ads — your ad spend goes to your own Meta ad account, not to Storylink.
- Need a tier between Pro and Business?
- Yes — contact us. We tailor mid-market accounts case-by-case.
- How much storage do I get?
- Free 1 GB · Pro 15 GB · Business 150 GB. Background files for publishing (thumbnails, transcodes) don't count.
- Can I add more storage?
- Yes, on Pro and Business — buy one-time storage packs starting at $30 for +10 GB. Packs are yours forever; they don't expire when you cancel. Free users get more storage by upgrading to Pro.
- Can I export my analytics to Excel?
- Yes — Pro and Business include downloadable XLSX reports of your content, KPIs, customers, and ads. Multi-account users get one file per Instagram account or a combined workbook with an account column.
