Data Deletion

You can delete your data from Storylink in two ways:

Self-service

From within Storylink: Settings → disconnect any Instagram account (each account has its own "Disconnect" link). Disconnecting removes that account's access token immediately and cancels its future scheduled stories. To delete your entire account (email, company, every connected Instagram, scheduled stories, history, and any AI-generated images), email admin@storylink.pro from the email you signed up with.

Via Instagram

If you remove Storylink from your Instagram apps list (Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites → Active → remove), Meta sends us a deletion notification and we automatically purge that Instagram connection and any of its unpublished scheduled stories within 24 hours. Other Instagram accounts you've connected remain active.

Requests received via Meta's deletion callback are processed within 24 hours. For manual account deletion, write to the email address above and we'll action it individually. Account deletion also removes any images you uploaded or generated via the AI feature from our storage.
